Communities Over Highways National Summit

The Freeway Fighters Network’s goal is simple: to stop the damage from new highway construction and reconnect communities already divided by highways. In 2023, the inaugural Freeway Fighters Summit hosted 46 people from 25 groups from 17 states in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This year’s renamed Communities Over Highways Summit will welcome transportation advocates from across the United States to connect, learn, and strategize together to build an equitable, people-centric, and climate-conscious future.
