Every Sunday in Bogotá, Colombia, over 70 miles of streets are closed to motor vehicle traffic and opened to the community. From 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., one million people are able to cycle, roll, and walk freely down the main streets of the city without fear of cars, noise pollution, and exhaust fumes.
