Taylor Ngiri Seaberg is a Black, Trans, multi-instrumentalist photographer and a former Ops Manager at Minnesota Youth Collective. They have managed grant metrics for Minnesota State Arts Board and Metro Regional Arts Council grants and are a current Jerome Foundation Artist Hill Fellowship grant awardee.
