Imagine Cedarfest Vendor Sign Up

The Imagine Cedarfest event will take place on Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the intersection of Cedar Ave and Riverside Ave.

There is no registration fee for vendors and participants.

This event will prioritize vendors and participants who have an established connection with the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. Filling out this application does not guarantee you a spot at the event. We are seeking the following:

  • Artists and Crafters
  • Food Vendors
  • Musicians & Performers
  • Nonprofits
  • Local businesses

We anticipate more than 1,000 people will attend the event, which will feature local music, food, vendors, and artists.

We will let you know if you have been accepted to participate in the event within one week of your application submission, or no later than Friday, August 30.
